How to use

- Half-Kelly sizes show optimal next bet for each position given current pricing.
- All data is saved in your browser — clearing site data will remove your portfolio.
- Use Export CSV for tax records or to import into a spreadsheet.
Portfolio Tracker FAQ
- What does the Portfolio Tracker do?
- It tracks your open prediction market positions across Polymarket, Kalshi, and other platforms. For each position, you see current market price, your cost basis, unrealized P&L, and days to resolution. All data stays in your browser (localStorage); nothing is sent to a server.
- How do I add a position?
- Paste the Polymarket URL or enter the market details manually: market question, side (YES or NO), entry price, and stake. The tracker fetches the current price from Polymarket's public API and computes unrealized P&L in real time.
- Is my position data private?
- Yes. The Portfolio Tracker stores all position data in your browser's localStorage. Nothing leaves your device. If you clear browser data or switch devices, your portfolio is gone. Premium users can optionally sync to Supabase for cross-device access.
- Can I export my portfolio for taxes?
- Yes. The tracker includes a CSV export with all positions, entry prices, and (when resolved) exit prices. Premium subscribers get a PDF export formatted for accountant review. Consult your tax advisor; prediction market wins in the US are generally taxable as ordinary income.
- How often does the tracker refresh prices?
- On page load and on manual refresh. It does not poll in the background to keep your API usage low and respect Polymarket's rate limits. For live positions where you care about second-by-second price, use the platform's own interface.
