How to use Research Workspace

Turn a broad topic into a question with evidence you can inspect.

Before you start

Prepare a precise question and its resolution rules. General research signals and the invited financial-evidence preview are distinct features.

Open Research Workspace

Step by step

  1. Enter a question in Market question or topic, or select a live market.
  2. Run the research action and read its source and methodology information before interpreting its score.
  3. Write down which claims are supported, which are inferences, and which have no verifiable source.
  4. For a relevant financial question, follow the Financial Evidence guide to inspect dated prices and articles in the invited preview.

Worked example

A broad topic such as ‘company outlook’ is not a resolvable question. ‘Will the named official report show revenue above a specified threshold for this quarter?’ gives evidence a clear target.

What the result means

A directional score or confidence label is not automatically a calibrated outcome probability. Unsourced summaries cannot establish that a rule has been satisfied.

If something goes wrong

If research is unavailable, inspect the named primary source manually. For unrelated topics, do not force a financial ticker into the analysis.

Check your understanding

Rewrite one vague topic as a question with a deadline and a named resolution source.
